I think its funny how everyone here is so quick to jump on the illegal “Mexicans” that are in this country. What about ALL the Asian’s that are here illegally? I do agree that we need immigration reform but for ALL illegal immigrants not just pick and choose. The way I see it with the ever changing news its hard to keep up to date on current facts. Most of these commenters arent taking into effect the change of the global economy and how much of a different it has on news technologies / medical growth / economic / political issues. I think patients need to understand that if they want their solo/two-doctor group to be there in the future that they will have to accept an alternative payment model (i.e. cash pay). Some of the future changes will certainly be welcome, such as new technologies that make both patient’s and doctor’s work easier and more efficient, but there will also be less-desired changes of more governmental interference, red tape, and an increase of insurance companies’ efforts to collect as much money from the patient and give as little as possible to providers. By breaking this unhealthly addiction to insurance/government patients would find their doctor to be able to provide a much better quality of care. I hope it happens.

I don’t know about Super Pump, but make sure to do your research on it. I have been lifting for many years and have consistently used Creatine and Protein together, they work great. They’ve come out with much better forms of creatine recently that are absorbed better by your body such as Creatine Ethyl Ester which I use. You can get it pretty cheap on Bodybuilding.com by their brand Higher Power. Protein comes in many forms too, but I use the old standby Gold Standard 100% Whey by Optimum Nutrition, it’s an improved formula that mixes well, has low calories and decent protein amounts per serving for a decent price. If you try that, avoid the vanilla like the plague though…starwberry and rocky road are pretty good flavors. Hope this helps.
